i have a 2003 honda rubicon

would the rubicon do better if i buy lockers from high lifter to perform better in the mud since it is all time 4*4

Buy the detroit gearless diff lock. You will be glad you did. True 4 wheel drive. No extra effort needed to turn eitheir.

And at the same time, buy a warn 424 kit. This will give you selectable 2wd and 4wd. Highlifter makes their own version too, I don't know if the quality is the same. I have a 424 and it works fantastically.
