ok guys I work at a honda dealership the news is that they will be shipped on jan 28th now that is shipped so dont get all hard yet it takes 1-2 weeks from that point to get them from them. This is what honda has said so to give an exact date it will be here is a crock of bull dont listen to exact dates only approx ones, but that is your facts belive it or not.

 

I say this because not a single dealer in the entire country has received one to sell to the general public...I 'd say that is a pretty good reason

 

like i said before. My friends will be here the 6th of feb and thats all that matters. Thats only a few weeks away. The other good news is that his will have the hrc kit installed and we will be testing his against my yfz at the dunes the following day. Cant wait to see how they compare.

 

steven all I can say is honda does not give a date of arrival maybe it will get here on the 6th but honda dident tell them the 6th and there is no proof it will be here on the 6th your friend is full of it or the dealer is filling him with it Im telling you I work at a honda dealer and all the dealers in the country got the same letter with the same date on it and that my friend is what matters not the bs he filled you with and you are filling all of us with.

 

Your friends quad may or may not be here on the 6th. Based on the latest info, that is an approximate timeframe. Mid to late February may be more realistic. As far as the dealers are concerned, they are full of sh$t if they have told you or your friend they have taken delivery of the 450Rs. They may have technically " sold" three 450Rs by receiving the monies already, but they have yet to deliver the product to the consumer. I am waiting on one as well. Luckily my dealer has been very straightforward with me. He says that we know as much as he does.

Sorry to hear that your friend is being jerked around, it would be nice if they come in on Feb 6th. We'll just have to wait and see.
