hi i got a 450 es, it had about 430 miles on it went for a ride and looked at the speedo and it said 33450 miles and the hourmeter has about 3500 hrs on it I disconected the battery to try to reset it and know it dos'nt show the gear position, honda said they never heard of such a thing. but bring it in and they will look at it. my buddy has got a 450es he bought a month before me from the same dealer, he left the key on overnight and drained the battery when he charged it back up he ended up with 35000 miles on it and the hourmeter has about 3700hrs on it and no gear position shows is there a easy fix or some way to reset the speedo and hourmeter? thanks bud

 

Not sure how to reset it but that's sure a lot of miles! If you find out please let us know because that could seriously effect some peoples resale values.

 

I asked the dealer how much he would give me for a 2002 450es with 33000 miles on it and he told me not much!!
