I've already seen one, and sat on it. This is the best looking and feeling quad I've ever seen. I've sat on the yfz too. I live near Edmonton Alberta, they heald a motorcycle show there, when i saw the 450r there I was so happy. I'm going to buy one when they are released. We're expecting ares in february.

Hey HondabestOnearth,

Did the 450R feel like the YFZ450 (bars hit knees) or did it feel for comfortable than the Yamaha?
I'm 6'3" and there is no way in hell I could ride a YFZ 450 comfortable. I'm hoping the 450R will not feel like the YFZ 450.

Thanks,
Joe

I wasn't able to go down there today. My salesman buddy was off today anyways, I'll be checking tomorrow for sure. I'll be postin' as soon as I get it.

The seat is comfortable, yet it didn't really feel like it hindered my movement at all. The seat doesn't feel like your sitting on a 2x4 unlike one blue machine i sat on. Good bar placement, and peg placement too. There was a video screen above it showing farr ripping **** up on it, believe me it's fast judging by that video! Good suspension by the looks of the video too, huge jumps flat landed with no bottoming at all. I'm buying one possibly in february.

*I have to correct my self for spelling ours as ares.

I'm 6'5" and with a $35 clamp mod, the YFZ is perfect.
