Somebody posted last week about the Rubicons throttle not fully raising the carb slide to WOT. I checked mine - Same Problem! Adjusted the slack out of the cable - feels like adding about 10 horse. Check your throttles. They are probably all set up the same way.....someone is sleeping on the Honda assembly line.

I checked mine, and it was O.K. I thought somebody posted that it was a dealer prep problem. I don't know. I would like to know if there is a recall on the Rubicon welds. My dealer says he has'nt been notified of any as of today.

Throttles not opening on New machines is a more common problem than you might think. It is always a good idea to check the throttle cable after you break in a new Quad of any kind. I have seen this many times.

I agree with Kagey, both my Rancher & Recon needed the throttle adjusted.

It doesn't hurt to check it out.
