I'm thinking of buying a new sport fourwheeler and i was wondering if I should get the new 450R or another type of fourwheeler. Money is not a problem.

 

What do you want to do with it?

 

I'm planning on using it as a trial quad for now and at some point modifying it to race.

 

If you are going to race it i would get the yfz450 but if you are using it for like trails yes the 450r would probably be a good fourwheeler.

 

Either the YFZ or TRX would work.

 

Well worth it. 450R is an amazing quad.

Stock its all around good for anything. With HRC kit (which gives it the cam it should have had for racing, like with the YFZ) and full exhaust and k&n and jetting, it will be right there with the YFZ.

 

i would suggest the 450r. The yfz is too uncomfortable for long trail rides and from what i hear the trx has a pretty nice seat.

You are right about that! I just think it's pretty cool when someone gives their honest opinion instead of the usual brand ownership bias.

I think both the TRX and YFZ have their good and not so good points though very few. I have a TRX but I really like The YFZ and don't really think their is a legitiment reason not to buy one and a lot of reasons to buy the YFZ.
