I beleive the Foreman has a primer pump in the carb (My Rancher does) Look
in the owners manual for it's exact location. Ranchers is towards the rear of the
carb on the left side sitting on the quad. Two or three strokes on this primer
will have it starting almost instantly, assuming the choke is working properly.

I won't run mine for 2 weeks, come out, hold start for 1-2 seconds and it'll fire up.

the foreman does have a primer. if its reel cold(below 10 degrees) 2 pushes on the primer will make it fire right up. its on the carb, jsut reach behind the engine over the exhaust pipe.
