hey guys, i was wondering how much you all payed for the hrc kits in your 450s....my dealer told me 299, and they are going to install it for free.....sounds like a bargian to me, but i was wondering what everyone else was payin for them. oh, and by the way, this thing doesent need the hrc kit, but i think it could use a couple of weights on the flywheel, but maybe i was just used to ridin my 400ex......
they charged me list for the quad, but i heard its like 3 hrs labor for the kit.....so maybe i did ok....

 

The kit was 300 and the install 241. Mine will be here Tuesday, but we all the paperwork is ready to go.

Sounds like you got a good deal. My 450R was list price as well.

 

I was quoted $6200 before tax and registartion in MN

 

My HRC kit was 300 and change.
I installed it myself.
So I think you got a good deal.
