400ex valve adjustment

Does anyone know the proper timing mark to adjust the valves at? It looks like there is a "E" and two marks without letters. So if you can help me........

You should also see a "T" mark on the flywheel. Line it up with the notch on the case. Only turn the flywheel counterclockwise to find the mark.

400ex valve adjustment

I have the WEB 450-451. It pulls alright but it signs off a little too soon,for my liking. It ran real good with the stock carb, but with the FCR it lacks top end. That probably has to do with the stroker, though.
