300ex filter

Can someone post a pic of a stock filter because i bought a used 2003 300ex and don't know if it is a stock filter or not

Why don't you tell us what it looks like. Stock ones are made of yellow foam. I assume you are talking about the air filter?

300ex filter

Stock are round, not oval, and straight, not tapered. This was on my old one, and I doubt they have changed the design since then. It's just your typical yellow foam.
