400EX MOTOR SWAP
#1
Imagine this guys, o.k. you take the 400ex motor, stock or whatever and put in an aftermarket chassis based on 250r geometry. I know this has been done with the 426 Yamaha. What would you think would be the advantages other than better handling, and I think better looks with 250r plastic.

why go backwards. just get the racing front from Maier and trim the front and rear of the fenders a little and it will look like a 250r. They make adapter kits to fit 400ex plastic on a 250r so I do not know why it would not work the other way. The seat (if you need it) would be expensive, but I think it would work. I want to try it myself since my blue maier plastic sucks for scratches. I'm getting white plastic soon, but not sure if 250r or 400ex racing.
