i took the baffles out of my 400ex but twisted off a bolt then broke the inside piece that the bolt bolts into the piece inside the muffler what do i do what happens

 

Easy fix is to start looking at buying a new silencer.

Tough one is to try and fix the problem, and the easiest one is to pick up a used one cheap on ebay. Seen them going anyware from $5-75 so you have some choices.

 

tap it and put in a bigger bolt or just get a used muffler off ebay for $20

 

i will sell you a stock muffler that has the stock pipe mod. i still have the spark arrestor too and all of the skrews. also, i have the exhaust gasket that goes in between the header/silencer connection. i will sell you the whole silencer with exhaust gasket and spark arrestor with skrews for $25 plus shipping. let me know if your interested.

 

i am not interest in any exaust so the exaust is no good just because i proke offf that little piece i have no money or i should say very minumal

One wheel if $$$ is a real problem borrow a hand rivit gun and a couple rivits and slap that suka together.
