I am putting a 416 10:1 in my bike right now, getting a stage One hotcam and mild port job, and also have a K&N with box and lid on, and a FMF Mega-something pipe.
Can someone tell me where i should start out with the jets?
And also does anyone know where to download a service maunal for free?
I need to know torque's on the bolts and how to time the cam up?

 

i would start around a 160 keihin mainjet, 42 pilot jet, and the needle clip location in the 4th position from the top.
