I had a 300ex before I bought the 400ex...I put a HMF pipe and a K&N power kit in it and it made a big Differance.....It still wouldnt keep up with the 400ex though....The reverse is great for the trails....And it can whellie all day long once you find the balance point.....I loved the 300 but its just not enough power for me so I moved up.......

basically like everyone says nice quad needs more power.

 

I am also planing on buying a 300 ex this spring. I can't wait!

 

300's pull awsome weelies you hardly even need to try.Heck no the 300ex isn't auto clutch auto clutches suck.

 

its a great quad. the 400 maybe better but 300ex is good for wheeling

 

If you feel like your not ready for a 400 or don't want/need that much power then the 300EX would be an excellent choice. Very fun quad![img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]
