I was wondering what one in mint condition will cost if i buy it from a dealer or person.

 

Try looking at cycletrader.com for how much people/dealers are selling them for.

 

ok ifound a 02 mint cond w/ a whit bros pipe and will come w/ stock pipe for $3300

 

and razor tires all around

 

but IaM sure it will be gone soon.

 

Look to pay around $3500 for a nice 400ex with basic mod's. Then upwards of $6000 for a fully decked out 400ex. Try to find something thats liquid cooled. The 70-80's technology of the 400 isn't cutting it anymore. I suggest a z400/kfx or raptor if you can afford it. I'm not bashing, the 400ex is still a nice quad but there are better deals out there for the money.

Thanx for the great post .I want a kfx or a 400ex or a z400,but I will only have around $3300, But I might buy new, so If I buy new ill look into alll of them.

 

I've seen several 00 and 01 EX's for as low as $2500.

 

Thats what I want to pay, but were I live I cant find any for that cheap. Thanx My friend bout a 01 for $2900. Thats as good as its gonna get up here
