Default 400ex Holeshot Tire Size Question

I am thinking about buying some holeshot tires. Is there any big difference in performance and stuff between the different rear sizes. Im staying with the stock 20 in tire size and the 11 in wide but my question was about the rim size differences. they can come in 8 9 or 10 inch rims. would the 10 inch be bad because the side wall would be smaller and then stiffer? i just want to know your guys opinion about what rim size i should go with. 9 inch is stock on the 400.

Stiffer sidewalls will eliminate sidewall roll with hard turning presure.
This will give better sliding in turns.
I would keep the same rim size and experiment with diferent size tires.
Remember, the smaller the tire the less ground clearance.

I went with the ITP 9x9 rims. Very nice compared to the stock 9X8. The wider rim helps to put more rubber on the ground. The wider rim also helps eliminate the balloon effect on sidewalls.
