My girl rides my modded 440 just fine, they just got to have some time on them is all. If I get a 450 I am going to keep the 440 for her.

Just a suggestion, but if u like 2 strokes, get a banshee and give her the blaster. Banshees are some serious hill shooters.

I have been considering a banshee for myself but she seems more into the 4-stroke.

DeuceRooster, I wouldnt be saving any money I would only be spending more. See would get bored of the 300 real quick. I think a 400 will be alright because it defently has potential to be faster if she thinks she needs it in the future.

I don't think It would be too much. Don't want her growing out of it ya know. Just b/c she'll have the power doesn't mean she NEEDS to use it.

Something not brought up is her physical size. If she's 5'0" and barely weighs 90lbs, she may have a harder time on the 400ex. If she's 5'8" or more, she'll fit it much better. Something to think about. Big difference between a Blaster and the 400ex physically, forget the power.

i don't think it'd b too much if she handles ur blaster just fine, just use the throttle limiter screw at first, once shes used to it back it out,

Take it from a girl who had a 300ex....... a 400ex wil be fine!!!!!!! I now have motor mods and STILL could use more power!!!!lol......The power is not too much, just wiat to pipe it until she grows into it a bit more, she will be glad she did it!!

I hope when you ask if a 400ex is too much for a chick your not gendertyping? Chicks can handle speed, and sometime prefer it

If she is into riding and wants to be able to keep up, then yes a 400 would be perfect. I sometimes ride a modded 416 and though its no banshee, it has enough power that I feel I can keep up with the pack.

no i dont mean to gendertype.

shes about 5'7 115pds
She defently needs/wants somthing to keep up witheveryone on the hills and in the trails. Alot of the bikes around here are banshees,z400,blasters,KX,YZ,CR so there are some pretty fast bikes around here.
I think the 400ex will do here jsut fine, i'll pipe it out and other stuff later as she feels she needs it.

thanks for the help guys
