A Z-400 would be a much better choice. Besides all the other reasons that make the Z a better quad than a EX THE Z HAS REVERSE. Without going into the whys and whats of the femle mind.....Reverse is a very good thing.

this may sound stupid to you but get her a yfz. My girlfriend is absolutely terrified by quads but seems to find the most comfort on my yfz. She has ridden a z400, 400ex, and vforce. The size and stableness of the yfz makes it a perfect beginner quad. If shes afraid of the power then just turn it down for her a bit.

 

Oh ya using the term chick around my sis would get you an **** whoopin. Shes 120 pounds of muscle and attitude.

 

my girl started out on a 400ex now she wants my modded raptor and also rips my heavily modded banshee.i have found they ride them at their own pace and are pretty smart about it

 

well if u want the size of the blaster but the 4 stroke go with a 300ex. how much does she weigh. lol jk. a 400ex should be fine also

 

I am a girl and I ride a 400EX and love it. It has just the right amount of power for me. I don't know her personally, but I think it is a good starting bike, it is reliable, and still pretty fast. Plus there are a lot of mods you can do to it to make it faster if it starts getting too slow for her. I was going to buy a 250EX when I was looking into buying a sport quad, but I rode one and it was so slow so I decided on a 400EX and I am sure glad I did. Now I can keep up with my boyfriend and all our riding buddies
