450R Price ???

Is $6,495 a good price for a 450R. What has everyone else payed. I might trade in one of my 400EX's to get one. Also whats a 2001 400EX with a E-series, K&N, and jet kit worth. Its in great shape and runs awesome.

I was quoted 5999 + 23 fee in West VA just last week.
