rev limiter on 400ex
#2
i wouldnt think so unless u are hitting the rev limiter often, even then, when u are hittin the limiter the engine is already done making power so you wouldnt be getting any extra power gains out of it

Ponder- An aftermarket cdi or rev limiter is worth the cost only if you have your motor modded with a cam and other parts that will allow you to build power at the higher rpm levels.A good cdi can also change the way the power comes on from bottom to top but again on a totally stock motor you could probably get more of a performance gain with air filter ,jetting and maybe a gear change rather than a cdi.
