What is the top speed and what will it beat in drags with a pipe and filter

just a 440 bore won't do that much. you need to make sure you get a cam to match the piston. also, proper jetting will make a pretty big difference.

Too many variables to answer with any intelligence. Use the search feature, look up 440ex, and start reading, if you still have ?'s, you will be able to ask a more direct question.
