They realy are not that hard to change out. the hardest part is getting the springs back on, all that it takes is a good set of needle nose pliars and just a little patience to push the springs back on but after that you just put it all back together, adjust them, and get back on the trail it is even easier since they only have to replace them about once every 2 or 3 years if you use engine breaking as much as you can
just remember the more time you spend on here the less time you have to ride haha
