Default Oil Filter

Does the 250 ex have an oil filter? I was changing the oil last night for the first time on my wifes new quad and didn't see one anywhere. I'm sure that there is one though. Thanks

I was told almost 10 years ago that all shaft driven Honda's have oil filters. I have no idea if this stands true today.

No oil filter. The oil is cleaned centrifugally, and it is actually a pretty good system! You will need to have the screen and centrifuge cleaned every now and then, probably by a trained mechanic. Get a service manual!

Yea, I do need to get a service manual. Sweetquads.com used to have them on line and you could download them. Does anyone know where I could download one now?

I am wondering as well, does anyone know where to find Honda Service Manuals in PDF?
