Ok.. I have the stock healight sysytem on my 300ex. It is bent down, and will not stay up.. I know I can get a new bracket. But I was thinking about getting one of those headlight kits from Wal-mart (two smaller lights, similar to the 400ex size) and and mounting them up instead of that stock thing. I would custom make a head light bracket system (similar to the Warrior) to mount it up. Also, I would mount the nuetral and reverse lights up there to.
Know to my question.. Will there be any need to change anything else on the quad. Can the electrical System handle that change or do I need to upgrade something !! Please give me some advice on this !!!

Find out what your stock stator output voltage is then take half of that. This will be you running wattage. Or contact Ricky Stator for the answer. You can also get your stator rewound so it can handle more wattage. Oh i forgot you said 300ex my fault you have a battery. You should be able to run a pair of 35 watt driving lights. I think the light on high is 60-65 watts. But take it apart and check out the wattage of the bulb.
