250r compression

How much cranking compression on a 250r before race gas is needed. Don't know anything about the quad, has stock cylinder and head, supposedly some 310 kit. What is the cranking compression on a stock engine?

I have heard that 180 is the limit for pump gas

250r compression

You can go 190 (9.0:1) safely. Stock compression should be a healthy 170.
