1986 Honda 125 3-wheeler starting problem
My son 3-wheeler won't start unless we spray carb cleaner in the throat and then it quits. I took apart
the carb and clean the needles, check the float, everything looked fine. We have spark from the plug. Now and then it may start leaking gas out of the bowl hose. Any input would be appreciated! Thanks

Two things to heck here.
First of all, did this start this AFTER the carburetor was taken apart and put back togehter? If so, my money is on the float itself being put bak in upside down. Believe me, it's possible and happens to people more often than you think.
My secong suggestion is to look at the float bowl vent tube [not the overflow tube] and be sure that it isn't stopped up with dirt or debris. If in doubt, drain the bowl and then run compressed air [with the drain screw still out] into the line and be sure you feel air coming from the overflow tube.
