Default 250ex brakes

hey my front brakes on my 2001 250ex dont really work. If i go in first gear i can hardly feel them working but at high speeds they dont do anything.

but it could also be the pump?...I never changed the front pads...there almost like new..lol..but they really dont work unless im slow...I dont feel them when I squeeze them...besides..its safer that way...u use the rears more then the fronts...unless u like to flip
