Default arcticcat 650 v-twin troubles

NO OFFENSE TO arcticcat but the 650 v-twin my father picked up about 2 months ago has been AWESOME while it's running and on the go, but when it breaks it's a pain in the *** - no wonder they give you 2yr. warranties on these things - the first thing was i was riding about 16 miles from my house and then all the sudden it cut out, w/o even hesitating , brought it back to dealer after 2 horus of trying to figure out what was wrong, and come to find out there was a bad ground in the key. -- got it back and then a few weeks later 603 miles on the quad and the light says it needs a new belt. I ordered one, and it came to 146.00, my father was pissed got on the phone and theyt old him to reset the censor because the belt got to hot, and epanded and then extracted and the censor wasnt picking it up, thats because we wree mainly running it in high and the only time we ran it in low was in areas of under 10 ,MPH. now we go low for anything under 20 -- but anyways that was last weekend, and then today i'm going up my hill in my hard *thank god i happened to be in my yard coming home at the time* and as i was going up the hill, the left rear shaft broke, it just snapped like there was no tomorow. this is the 2nd time we've had to bring it back to the dealer and we've had 4 problems w/ it ---- we payed almost 7800.00 for this thing and then put 500.00 into it w/ aftermarket parts for this?? i dont get it --

WHAT DO YOU THINK? *I highly recommend this quad to ppl, only when it's not broken down, it's got incredible speed, and power. It's INSANE, i LOVE IT... you can stand the front tires up like nothing, and it weights over 750 LBS w/ all of the gas etc. in it!!

my friends dad just bought one of those. hes taking it up north and right after the break in and oil change hes gonna find out if the axels are any good. hope he got a good one.

no offence to you but maybe u just got a lemon, because some times things dont go our way. usually the quads i buy are lemons, so i just keep tryin. my polaris is holdin strong tho no break downs yet whatsoever ( knock on wood)

thats what i think.... a lemon, because after reading the other reviews the only problems that are close to mine are other ppl's limp-mode/belt --- and one other guy, his speedometer quit... my key switch quit... *same area*
