I was riding my 400 today and wheelying and stuff but sometimes like the thumb thottle itself will kinda get stuck and i have to push it pretty hard to make it go past a certain point. It never did this, and it was raining today so i was wondering if honda's do that when they r wet , or if there is a problem? thanks

 

have you recently put on new grips??
I did that on my blaster and at about 3/4 throttle the thumb would catch on the rubber on the grip and stick when the grip was wet.

Just a thought.

 

Check the throttle cable routing to the carb. You may have to pull some of the plastic and the tank to get to it.
