Red & Green stickers are used in California. Red stickers are for vehicles from Mfgr'd in 2003 or that later that don't comply with calif emisions and noise restrictions. They ususally have a "C" or a "3" in the 8th didgit of the VIN number. They have a limited riding schedule @ state run parks/riding area's. This means that for certain months of the year you can't ride them @ the state parks. Green stickers are for vehicles Mfg'd in 2002 or older. They can be ridden all year long any state parks with no restrictions.

It's hardcore in Cali! They ain't jokin' around trying to cut back on air pollution! No coincedence that more and more 4-strokes are popping up in MX? Sound and tailpipe to loud, too stinky on 2-stroke? 2-bad! I love that fine line of total loss of control and necksnap you get! Buy one while you still can! Watch out! You're area may be next! Yea like where to go to court to pay your ticket. And you call me stupid. I'm not saying that if your being pulled over {they're right behind you} that you should run and endanger yourself and others. I'm saying avoid getting close to them. Where I ride there is these guys on four wheelers with yellow sirens. I see them coming close I just take off. It's not that i'm doing something wrong nescessarily, but I don't think that they have anything usefull to say. Not that i want to hear anyway; oh but that's right. I'm stupid.
