In most cases you cant just turn around and run away.. Plus if your getting away fast you are putting yourself and other people in danger.. plus i would rather pay a 250 dollar ticket then kill someone... Most cases im just saying that uyou can avoid themm... You will either pass them or they will be behind you... Its hard for you to see someone and them not to see you on a atv... comon man think about it
