-->Make sure you have fluid in the resivoir

Find small nipple fitting on the brake caliper....remove the small rubber boot from it.

Get a wrench that allows the small nipple to be turned 'open'...careful because you do not want to remove the entire fitting from the caliper. There is a larger hex fitting that allows the fitting to be taken out and a smaller one that allows the nipple to be open.

It works best if you have two people but here is what you do.

open nipple fitting....press rear brake lever down slowly until it stops and hold it there (you should start to see some of the fluid and air bubbles coming out of the nipple fitting). With the brake still pressed down, CLOSE the nipple fitting on the caliper. Release brake lever, open again the nipple fitting and again press the brake down and hold down, close the nipple fitting and again release brake.

Continue to do this until all the air bubbles are out of the system...keep an eye on the fluid in the resevoir as you may need to add some more. Put some cardboard on the floor to catch the fluid coming from the caliper.

Once all the air is out, tighten the nipple fitting for a final time with the brake lever pressed down and you should have working brakes again.
