Default 450R exhaust ?

I have been reading and have read a lot of different opinions on which exhaust to use on the 450R. One of the things I have read is that if you don't have a bunch of motor work done then you are better off to just get a slip on rather than a full exhaust,, is this right? Also, if you get the HRC upgrade, is there even more gained by adding a slip on, or full exhaust instead of the end cap supplied with the HRC kit?

Check out White Brothers new Carbon Pro. Full pipe system with silencer. Reports say it gives more power to a stock 450R (with filter and rejetting) than the HRC kit.
$895.00 is the price quoted.

Id never pay $900 for an exhaust that probably doesnt put out any more power then an exhaust that costs $450.

All atvs pretty much come plugged up from factory, so a new exhaust does add alot of power, possibly more than that hrc kit, im not sure. Put a pipe on and the HRC kit and you should see good gains. I think a full exhaust compared to just a slip-on may put out 1 to 2 more hp.

If i was just to get a slip-on i would probably gets HMF's. Look very nice powdercoated red and produces good gains.

The white bros, I am told, has been taken back off of release. I think for looks and great numbers it is hard to beat the HMF. Their dyno numbers show 7hp and 13 torque increase. The low end torque increase if exteme.
