Default the best tool!

Im going to be cuting my front fenders. Love the race cut look. Can anybody give me any tips on what it the best tool to use, and what is the best way to cut them. I want them to look factory done, not $hitty lookin.

the ONLY suggestion i have is to use a dry erase marker on the underside of your fender to mark where you want to cut... i've never done this before ---- only because i ride in areas where i need the fenders for some mud/dust protection .... ---- but i heard the best way to do it is mark w/ dry erase marker on underside --- and as for what tool to use -- i dont know.
