My buddy has a Arctic Cat 400i and just did a mod to his exhaust muffler. He took it apart, he did have to do some grinding, and was able to remove some baffles from inside there and then put weld it back together. Anyhow, he seems to have gained a little power from doing this. Easier exhaust flow so that would make sense. Anyhow, I was wondering if there are any tricks like this to gain a little with a Rubicon? Any baffles in the the stock exhaust muffler to remove? Thanks for any info.
