Go with a Sparks racing pipe. My little brother had a big gun pipe on his 400ex with 39 lectron port & polish and a stage 3 race cam. Then when he had to rebiuld he went with a 416 and still had the big gun. It was slipping his clutch just a little. Then he decided to get a sparks pipe and the power increase was enough that he had to replace his clutch. He was alwys happy with the big gun but didn't realize how much power he was loosing. I would definiteley get the sparks.

When you go to the 88mm piston it will start to build heat. It won't be necessary but, I recommend a better/ bigger oil tank.
