I have a question for anyone that owns a 400at. I love my at so far. The only thing that I have noticed is that I have a really bad engine rattle in esp mode. It's in every gear when you kind of rev it high. I'm not over doing it either. I rode my friends yesterday and it did the same thing. I have had mine at the dealer and they said that it's normal they even did a valve adjustment to satisfy me that nothing was wrong with it. It runs just fine and has plenty of power. It's just that rattle that drives me crazy. Do any of you guys have the same problem or noise? Thanks for any replys

 

I have the same rattle I noticed it more yesterday. I put 50 miles on it and Im ready for my first service, now I went over a 100 miles I'm thinking the same thing as fas as the valves need to be adjusted. I even hear when I'm in auto going over 35mph. Some of the guy's I ride with even noticed It. It does drive you crazy.

 

Does anyone else have this problem or noise I should say??

 

I have 150 miles on my bike and have the same problem. I thought it just needed a valve adjustment but as previously posted this doesn't seem to make a difference. One thing to mention, my dealer told me not to bother bringing it in for it's first valve adjustment till 400 miles. Maybe it take a few extra miles to break everything in.
