My cousin had a White Brothers 440ex with a Duncan Racing Port and Polish Head, White Bros Exhaust, no new carbs, CDI box, or cams. He weighs 110lbs and i weigh 250lbs, when i had only my CT Pipe on their i toasted him, every time so much that he doesnt even bother to drag me any more.

Here's a roundabout comparison--- I have a piped/jetted Raptor and my LT250 (given same weight of rider) is a hair faster. With my LT I raced a 400EX up a dune recently and we traded wins back and forth it was close, and he claimed his mods were less than those you have listed. He may have been full of it, it was hard to believe how that thing ran, but based on that I'd say you have a fighting chance IF your unit is tuned properly. Good luck!
