Default 300EX wheel bearings ?

Should there be a little play in the front wheel bearings or should there be no play at all?

I dont think there should be any. If there is, it will usually start wobbling at higher speeds.

It's not that much it is just enough that when you wiggle the wheel you can hear and feel it!

Well its not going to hurt it. Just think if it was any tighter you would go slower, and wouldnt gain anything.....

take the cotter key out of the castleated nut and see if you can tighten it some, and put the pin back in. Your hub may be loose on the splines and just need tightening some. I have had to do this on all our quads from time to time.
