racks for honda 200sx(fast)

The trx200sx did not come stock with racks. The trx200 did. I don,t want any weak spots in my fenders thats why I don't want to drill. One of them don't require it but no one seams to know which one does and doesn't.HELP!

If you take a drill and drill the holes it won't weaken the plastic.
