Default JETTING FOR 250EX WITH PRO CIRTUIT

DOES ANYONE NO WHAT THE BEST JETTING IS FOR THE 250EX WITH A SLIP ON PRO CIRTCUIT EXHAUST, K/N FILTER WITH AIRBOX MODS?

well what you should do is go to the closest motorsports shop to you and ask them what to do. they will definetly know.

the pipe should have come with settings. from stock, i would main jet up. leave the piliot alone. then its hard to discribe how to find the correct mixure turns, also may need to raise the needle. it takes time doing it from scratch.

ANY IDEA ON THE INCREASE IN MAIN SIZE, I'VE HEARD 105 BUT THAT WAS WITH THE PRO CIRCUIT FULL SYSTEM.

Default JETTING FOR 250EX WITH PRO CIRTUIT

I'm dealing with the same issue on my quad and have the same system as you. Stock jet is a 95, I just put in a 96 and adjusted the needle. The bottom end and mid range is good but top end sucks due to the rev limiter. I think our only solution would be a performance CDI which increases the RPM range. This will help with the popping and weak throttle response at full throttle.

lol, I THINK HE FORGOT TO TURN THE CAPS LOCK OFF
but anyway the pipe should have come with the settings, but since you also have a filter mod it miay be alittle different

i would go up about 5 numbers from the stock mainjet. going too much will just make your bike slower than it was before.
