98 Foreman 400 questions
#1
I have recently bought a 1998 Foreman 400 and the rear brake pedal is completely seized. I've heard that you can heat it up with a torch to loosen it up and get it working again. Has anyone done this before ? In my manual it shows dust seals inside the pedal, are these all made of metal or rubber ?
I was also wondering if anyone knows how to test the rad fan, it never seems to come on. I've checked the fuse and it seems fine.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

My 98 Foreman brake pedal was seized too !
I just got it unstuck by pushing and pulling it back and forth ...
Took about 30 minutes .. 8]
Then I removed it and washed the pivot and put grease on . .
But you should be able to get it to move by puting a long rod or a wrench on the pedal and try to move it ..

Thanks Loster, I'll try that. It is so seized that it barely moves when I smack it with a hammer. I heard that heating it up with a torch will help, I'll try that with a long pipe like you suggested.
