im taking my rincon in for the first valve adjustment. Dealer said it would be $100. Am I getting screwed on this. What do your dealers charge for this? This is a valve adjustment only. No oil change or anything else.

 

Not sure. Gotta figure shop time for an hour is probably at least $75 on the high end. Ask them why so much. If I remember to come back here and post, I'll let you know what the local dealer here says. I need to get mine done to.

I am a tech in CA and at our shop the hourly rate is $65 per hour. $100 sounds about right.
