250R and 400EX rear shock

250R and 400EX rear shock
Does anyone know if the TRX250R rear shock and the 400EX rear shock are interchangeable? I have heard they are but I want to hear from someone out there who has interchanged them and that they are a perfect swap with no modifications. Thanks!
