400ex or banshee

people don't really give the banshee enough credit in the handling department. with it's low seat height and low center of gravity it handles pretty damn good. I feel it is one of the most stable quads you can buy. while it is a little front heavy, it keeps it's front end planted in the turns and during hard accleration. it's long wheel base keeps things somewhat smooth in the rough stuff and allows for easy sliding. I don't think you could get it to two wheel unless you are on pavement.

Banshee Jumps Better, Feels Better, Looks Better, He11 of alot Faster Stock for Stock, Mod for Mod. I just think it is a better bike. The 400ex is the best for doing wheelies but as far as both for the type of riding you do I would go for a Shee.

The 400ex will wheelie better, be more reliable, and has better suspension.
But the EX will in no way out perform the banshee in drag races on any surface, in the power department, or in overall duning and sand.

I have a 400 ex that has rev kit, pipe, jetted, modified air intake and a 25 hp shot of nitrous, and I cant barely hang with a stock banshee on pavement, the Banshee has incredible midrange pull and is way faster on topside, but it is nose heavy, and is best used strictly for drag racing, not on the track.

I would go with the Banshee, it has better power, and will out do a 400ex in drags and in hillclimbs. If you just want to wheelie, get the 400ex, if you want an awesome dune quad, go with the banshee, but the banshee does have a tricky powerband, so its harder to ride wheelies. The ex has better suspension, but you will still probably like the banshees, if you dont, go aftermarket.

i have owned both quads in stock and modified form. the banshee is a lot faster in a drag race but does not handle as good as a 400ex
as for riding a wheelie you cant compare with a 400ex . I personaly think you would be better off with the 400ex.the best advice i could give you is try to find people that will let you ride them and see wich feels better to you.
