Had my WB E-series before adding the K&N and dynojet and there is really no comparison in the before and after. You need all 3 areas to maximize your gains.
I've own a ST before too and I thought it was better built than the WB.

i have a wb e series slip, my opinion, its the best slip on u can by, dirtwheels magazine also said that, u can buy a used one for real cheap and they give alot of performance gain in the low end, if thats what you are looking for, i took all of the discs off the end of mine, i like it better like that, no discs to clean out and the sound isnt that much louder

They have been fans of WB for 20+ years. Think it has mostly to do with advertising dollars.
The test I saw, the ST put out out as much HP but was louder. I can't recommend the WB because mine and several other people's have cracked where the pipe meets the muffler.

Like raptorlegs said the E-series is a beater. Mine is cracked and my wifes broke completly apart. There is only one reason you could buy on cheap. The pipe is a good power gain but the E-series is the only one I have heard having quality issues.
