i made my own for the 250 EX, i'll check and make sure the airbox is the same(almost everything else is between the two) if they match up, i'll send you pics and directions on how to do it.

ok, go under the seat and take a look at the aribox. where the plastic pipe comes out of it... what i did to a friends of mines was take that pipe out, and replace it with a hose that fits that hole. we then took the hose up and out of the fenders, cable-tied it in place, and boom, theres a snorkel...works great

ok, remove the stock snorkel, get rubber heater hose with an outside diameter the same as the snorkel hole on the AIRBOX. run the hose along side of the quad, cutting it off about where the plastics end. insert the hose in about an in, and but kitchen and bath silicone around each end. go to an auto parts store and find some prebent radiator hose with an inside diameter just barely larger than the new snorkel's outside diameter. find a bend that you think will work the best for you, but keep an eye out for one that bends so when installed, it curves straight up about 6 inches, then points towards you. gob both the new snorkel and prebent hose with silicone and attach them. when dry, zip-ty the snorkel down. for a splash gaurd, get some light stocking material(not too restrictive) and cover the end of the snorkel. (duck tape works good) spray this with some water proofer. this wont help if you dunk it, but it'll help as a splash gaurd.

yeah, tahts pretty much what i was suggesting. in the places that you use the silicone to connect the hose, you might want to put on a hose clamp as backup

Default snorkel kit??

I recently purchased a snorkel kit for my 06 foreman from a small company called Top choice ATV. These guys make a truly quality product. You see very little of the PVC until it comes out of the front fender. Were most snorkel kits use 1 inch or 1.5 inch pipe these guys use full 2 inch from front to back so that I did not have any power loss. They are still getting a website set up but when I bought my snorkel they said that they would have one up by the end of this month and it would be TopChoiceATV.com. Like I said I met these guys personally and they know what they are talking about.
