Default 250r Major Problems

Okay guys I need major help here.. I went up to my local track and went for a hard riding day.. As soon as I got there I went around there track about 10 times to get warmed up and blam there goes a sparkplug for no reason at all.. So I told my friends to go get a new plug and wrech they did this and I changed it in 2 min's.. It fired up first kick after this and ran fine for 3 laps then out of no where there goes another spark plug.. Just the engine bog down to nothing..like it had no spark of course haha... I was fed up? Why would it and why as it fouling plugs so bad? Then rode around agian about 10 times and bogged again like it had no spark.. So I got mad and got off the bike looked around for any real problems and tryed kicking it agian.. Like nothing at all happened.. The kicker came back up and i went for another jolt.. The thing wouldent go down at all.. I tryed as hard as I could and still wouldent budge.. Do you guys think the engine? I am running 158 on my main jet no lid prefilter with kand N some one please help me. I want to ride

If the engine is seized, I would take off the cylinder head and look at the cylinder walls for scoring. You may have also lost a bearing (connecting rod to crank or crank to case bearing).

Correct me if I'm wrong but you list running a 38mm carb with a 158 main jet? If this is the case I see why it seized, your main is too small. You should be in the 170 range...

sounds like the same problem i had. Rod bearing. try to take your cylinder off, if it comes off easily then its most likely ur rod bearing.

If you brought it down to a 158 from a 160, you leaned it out even more. The bigger the main jet, the richer you are going to be at WOT. With a 38mm carb, k&n, and a pipe at or around sea level, you should be in the 170- 180 range on the main jet.
