top speed on a 250r

Default top speed on a 250r
exactly how fast did the 88 and 89 honda 250rs go. my dad had one and it did about 80 stock.

did anyone ever actually clock one

They are listed at 68 mph on the atv riders top speed chart. My bro has a cuople of bone stock ones and they are not very impressive until you get a good pipe on them.

my buddy has an 85 atc250r and went past a speed trap at 86, his trike is all stock

About 72 to 73 mph bone stock.
