HRC kit and curtis sparks pipe
#1
im thinking about getting the HRC kit next week and a curtis sparks pipe and header. does the HRC give the 450 more power all around or is it more top end? also what do you think of the curtis sparks pipe? ive heard the HRC gives it around 9 hp. i was also wondering if anybody else had any trouble with the stock 450r being doggy on the bottom end, mine is bone stock and it has some bottom end lag, is this normal? ive heard the HRC kit and a pipe will fix the bottom end lag.
any help will be greatly appreciated.

the kit helps with a 13 tooth sprocket. all curtis sparks's parts rock. if you're going to run his pipe ,save the money on the kit and get a stage I cam, jet kit and filter. plus, if you run the pipe with the kit ,you should run a better filter.
kit w/ curtis pipe ,filter=$750-850
stgI cam, pipe ,jets ,filter=$650-750
and i'll bet money on the second.
